Hi, Yu Li, the update of vote result is base on the suggestion of Calvin[1] that only the vote from incubator PMC members can be a binding vote for a incubator project, so the vote can be carried to incubator list vote directly. But I found some incubator projects like fury[2], hertzbeat[3] take PPMC members' vote as binding too in dev list vote. So i am a bit confused, which way is correct?
