I'm working on adjusting the layout for handouts in RTL (Issue 37195). I
wrote code in SdPage::CreateTitleAndLayout which sets the co-ordinates
of the slides so that the display is RTL. My changes work fine if I am
already in "Handout" view, and I change the layout by clicking on one of
the options in the "Layouts" window. However, when I first enter
"Handout" view, this code is not executed, and the order of the slides
remains LTR. Where is the code which sets the co-ordinates of the slides
when I first enter "Handout" view?
