very first thing you have to do is to sign the JCA.

As for helping out with flash I can only repeat my answer to the
private mail you send me last week. There has been a lot of
discussion on this very topic during the last weeks in this mailing
list. Please check the archives and you will find lots and lots of
information on the topic.
