Hi Fang, best source for swf format is the swf sdk I told you about from macromedia. You now get it from adobe. See
http://www.adobe.com/licensing/developer/ There seems to be some kind of licensing process now but I think it is still free. Also if you search for swf on sourceforge.net you find some usefully projects, some even with documentation. But the reference is the swf sdk from adobe.
