Hi Christian,

The "Do not show on first slide" checkbox makes no sense for "Apply",but it 
still can be check on and cannot check off for "Apply",I think it is out of 
logic.

Sorry,I don't have a good idea but I think that maybe we can disable the 
"Apply" button when check on "Do not show on first slide" checkbox to guide 
users that the "Do not show on first slide" checkbox just makes sense for 
"Apply to All" but not for "Apply".

At least,it can avoid user's confusion to them.

How do you think?
