Text on an overlay is technically possible but would need quite some
work to realize. You had to come up with some data file in which to
store the text, the font, size and color of the font, and the position
of the text, possibly different for every language, because of the
different text lengths. Some but not all of this could be handled by
the resource file that is currently used for the wizard.
Besides, half of the text ("Presentation Wizard") is already part of the
title bar and does not need to be repeated so close to it.
So, I would prefer a version without text.

The minor issue is that there are five pages of the presentation wizard,
not three. Check "From template" on the first page and you will see pages
four and five.
The bigger problem is that the graphic contains text which has to be
localized for non-english versions. For every language we would need five
new graphics. I am not sure if this could be integrated into the
translation process.
I do not want to discourage you. Maybe you can design a version without
text?
