Actually there is a problem as I was going through half of the scribus
pallette. I wanted to save it, and then I found out that there is a
1024k limit on saving it. If the ammount of colors exceed it end up
failing. Of course I could add this through editing it with vim but I
am not sure that's how it's supposed to behave.

About the interface, drop down is not the only way to choose color and
yes, I think that a color chooser (similar to the marker) would be a
better UX in general.

However my question here goes into, where should I commit this soc
files or who should I assign and create an issue with the patch.
