Don't know why nobody is aware, but FYI, I started ogltrans4mac cws, and it works already.
Everything is included for an use of OpenGL without anything "extension". What I did is for Mac OS X, but if you read carefully, can be easely ported to other OS.
At this day, there is only one issue to be fixed: there is a flicker at the end of the transition, but I'm stuck since two months, because I can reproduce it easely, but not fix it :-/ (any help welcome)
