Philipp,
Thanks for the hint , indead the output is "vector" and not pixeled .
But for creating PDF for professional printers we need at least PDF/A
where transparancies are forbidden as a industrial printing standard .
Now i try to find a way to get a "vectorised" image off the chart:
So i use (File->Export as PDF) where the image off the chart is
vectorised in a PDF document.
Then i open the PDF with OO who gives me a vectorised image in a drawDoc
but with the transparencies colored Black ?
Using GhostView gives me a Pixelised EPS ?
any Beter idea ?
Thanks
Fernand
Hi,
why not use the PDF export (File->Export as PDF) instead of using a
PDF printer ? No problems with transparency (unless you're creating
PDF/A which explicitly forbids transparencies).
Just my 2 cents, pl

Hallo,
Just found that when using the "3D" option in a chart, the chart can
no longer been exported(printed) to PDF due to the use of
"Transparanty ". The OO-pdf export gives a warning and repaint the
transparanty to "black" and the schart becomes a pixeled image. Other
PDF-drivers changes the vector graphics to a pixeled-image.
Is this a known issue or sould i fil a new issue for it ?
Thanks
Fernand
