Hi again Sorry just to clarify this is what happens when I just click Open without specifying the filetype as PDF. I just did it again with the 1.0.1 version and selecting open filetype as PDF and it opens after a minute without the ASCII Filter Options window popup through OpenOffice Writer.
I tested it on one PDF and it showed me the pages correctly but only as images even though a PDF Reader would let me select+copy text. The 2nd PDF I tried to open gave me the attached screenshot. It shows the contents but it is almost illegible and I cannot select the text or images as the cursor passes through it. There is meant to be 9 pages but I can scroll down past the 9 pages and it is just continuous line breaks. I hope you can use this information to help you improve the extension in your next version.
