It is possible that the shear angle has the same problem. The different
usage of shear from GeoStat (the old core) in TRGetBaseGeometry and
ViewContactOfSdrRectObj::createViewIndependentPrimitive2DSequence() is a
sign for that thesis.
This would require a similar fix as #i78696#, correction for core and
API, but not for FileFormat.
