Hi all, I'm don't know, whether the things I'll describe are bugs or intended.
I've noticed, that the text, which you can enter to a shape, is no longer horizontal.
Draw a diagonal line, press F2 and enter text. Notice the text follows the line and is no longer horizontal. Is that a new feature? I'm not glad with the behavior, because it I cannot set the text to horizontal. Up to OOo3.2 the text is horizontal and I can set it to follow line using fontwork. So this new behavior restricts my layout.
Now draw a polyline starting with an diagonal section, for example something like /\. Press F2 and enter text. Notice that the text has the direction of the first section. That is really bad. If you look into the 'Position and Size' you see, that the whole object is rotated. I surely do not want a rotated drawing. And again there is now way to get an horizontal text.
Now do this: Draw a closed triangle via polygon. Enter text. The text is horizontal. The object is not rotated. Then draw a two section polyline with diagonal start and close it. You get a rotated object. It is bad that this two workflows lead to different objects.
