http://www.apache.org/index.html#projects-list still does not show groovy.
https://projects.apache.org/project.html?groovy still shows "no DOAP
file <https://projects-old.apache.org/create.html> available", is there
something wrong with the file/link, or is the adding of groovy not
completed yet?
