For some people forums are anathema, email being the only sane way. Other believe the opposite. The only community I know that deal with this is the D community that has an email/forum system that everyone can use the way they want. The Gradle forum is a huge turn off for me The Rust forum likewise. But at least both provide RSS feeds so you can work with them a bit.
