so, we may well divide the users wrt PDF production into:
1. advanced user
2. standard user
I don't think it has something to do, if the user is advanced in any
way. It's depends just on the use case:
1.) There is on the one side the use case, that a user want freeze a
state of a document. Imagine you create an offer based on your internal
formular and sent it to a customer, you don't want that your customer
can change anything on it. Imagine the end sum is enterd in a form
control... Invisble features like working links in the table of contents
don't affect this use case.
2.) On the other side, there is the use case of formulars where a user
should fill out the formular and sent it back to you. There are working
form controls a big help.
