   There's still a bit of cleanup to be done here, but the functionality is 
essentially done, so if people want to have a look, I'd appreciate it.
   
   This PR implements a batch import UI for connections, allowing an admin to 
provide a CSV, YAML, or JSON file with a list of connections, which will be 
submitted to a modified PATCH implementation on the backend that now allows 
creation of bulk directory objects.
