If you're positive this is the case, try: 1) Checking if NLA is required by the RDP server. If so, you will need to select that security mode, and provide your username/password in the connection parameters. 2) Checking if your RDP server requires TLS. If so, you will need to select THAT security mode. If the certificate used by your RDP server additionally cannot be verified (self-signed), you will also need to ignore the certificate.
