[buildtest] dependency of JettyScenario test is outdated

I find the JettyScenario test will fail for the invalidate url to
jetty-6.1.2rc1.zip in ${root}/adaptor/JettyScenario/parameters.xml
The url has been changed from
http://dist.codehaus.org/jetty/jetty-6.1.2rc1.zip into
http://dist.codehaus.org/jetty/jetty-6.1.x/jetty-6.1.2rc1.zip
Shall we update the url to the new one?
If so, i will supply the patch later.
