Thumbs-up!

We can put some common questions and answers on the wiki page, so that
users can easily find solutions for their problem.

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HAWQ/Apache+HAWQ+Home

This page already exist some useful informations, including HAWQ
introduction, Build HAWQ, contributing to HAWQ, HAWQ RoadMap, etc. I think
we can add one sub-page named FAQ for it.

What do you think?

Thanks
Lili
