Applications that intend to use PXF wouldn't necessarily be aware of the
version number of the pxf component jars (eg: pxf-service, pxf-hdfs, etc). It
would be useful if make install command generates non version symlinks to the
versioned jars to make client applications use non versioned pxf jars
