Hi All Ok.. I will take another RC by moving the HBASe-5228 to 0.90.6 INCOMPATIBLE changes section. Also Lars has pointed out about HBASE-5153. An addendum may be needed. Please do let me know if the above is ok.

According to the rule J-D outlined, modifying CHANGES.txt would imply a new RC.
