Also #testHBaseFsckWithFewerMetaReplicas, #testHBaseFsckWithExcessMetaReplicas,
and #testHBaseFsckWithFewerMetaReplicaZnodes in TestMetaWithReplicas. Both
depend on HBCK for validation. Disabled for now.
