This refactor reduces the size and scope of the {{ZKUtil}} class. The core of
this refactor is moving the {{login*}} methods from {{ZKUtil}} into their own
class, {{ZKAuthentication}}. The class {{JaasConfiguration}} is also moved
along with them.
