Sorry but -1, as the CHANGES.md misses several issues because the fix version of some issues have already been set to 2.5.4 but actually they are committed before tagging 2.5.3RC0. I've already fixed them but later when you prepare a new RC, you still need to include other issues which have already been committed to branch-2.5, i.e, change their fix version from 2.5.4 to 2.5.3.
When you want to make a release, you need to fix and cleanup the fix versions for the issues of the version you want to release on jira, before running the release scripts. On branch-2.x, we will still commit CHANGES.md and RELEASENOTES.md to the git repo so the errors of these two files can also sink an RC...
