If possible, please remove this artifact from the central maven repository:
http://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=commons-httpclient/commons-httpclient/20020423/commons-httpclient-20020423.pom
The default Maven versions algorithm reports that it's the latest version,
which results in confusing results from the versions:display-dependency-updates
goal.
It seems very unlikely that anyone is using this build.
