[~simao] If I interpret the patch correctly, the osgi package with the
BundleActivator and the ProxyConfig interfaces is exported but the
osgi.services patch with the HttpClients service interface is not exported. I
think the HttpClients service interface must be exported for it to be used. On
the other hand the BundleActivator should not be exported and can as well be
moved to the osgi.impl package.
