I found in Wikipedia statusCode 308, backed by experimental RFC 7238
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#3xx_Redirection
I looked into httpcomponents StatusCode.java and found that there is no support
for this status code.
Should we have it in our StatusCode list?
