What you are saying is idiocy. In context of many applications 'text/plain;
charset="ASCII"', 'text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"', 'text/plain' represent
identical content type. There is no one correct way of comparing content types
applicable to all application contexts. This logic is inherently application
specific.
