Michael, it will not allow to reliably use it with java collections, java
serialiazation, unit tests, deep cloning or defining constants. Which was the
whole point. Im not suggesting undetstanding semantics like text/plain vs
text/plain;charset. Just structural comparison with regard of rfc suggested
best practice. Now there is no even not verybest implementation like mono has,
but it is useful at some point. Today this class has nothing useful enough to
comply even with some cases. i see no viable case comparing it by ref at all.
