Oleg Kalnichevski resolved HTTPCLIENT-1683.
-------------------------------------------
Resolution: Invalid
Not all proxies and web servers can handle 'expect-continue' handshake
correctly. I see nothing wrong about HTTP messages generated by HttpClient.
If the target server accepts the request when accessed directly the issue is
likely to be on the proxy side, in which case I am afraid you'll have to take
this issue up with squid developers.

> I did a post on stackoverflow for the error:
> I can't determine whether it is a bug, but I didn't have problem when enable
> expect-continue with a POST/PUT request, but then no issue when disable the
> expect-continue. I can provide more details apache logs, but don't know how
> to upload these files/snapshots as attachment when raise a issue.
