in build() method of HttpClientBuilder, SSLSocketFactory is set to
HttpClientConnectionManager, only if HttpClientConnectionManager is null, and
created by HttpClientBuilder.
If the client passes HttpClientConnectionManager and SSLSocketFactory, then
SSLSocketFactory is ignored.
