And do you suggest that we do with that SSLSocketFactory given that there is
already a fully initialized HttpClientConnectionManager provided by the user?
Besides, HttpClientBuilder javadocs are pretty clear about all connection
parameters having no effect if HttpClientConnectionManager is set by the user
