Set socker buffer send/receive sizes from SocketConfig
We noticed that `DefaultHttpClientConnectionOperator` sets other options
from `SocketConfig` but does not set the send/receive buffer sizes.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/wvuong/httpclient
set_socket_send_rec_buffer_sizes
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/httpclient/pull/37.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
