In {{ResponseCachingPolicy}}, only {{GET}} and {{HEAD}} methods are cacheable.
However, according to RFC 2616
[https://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec9.html#sec9.5] a {{POST}} may
be cacheable.
