@DaddyWri I leave this patch at your mercy. You are the only person on the
project both capable and willing to put some effort into NTLM related code,
therefore your opinion matters most. Do not worry about branching. I'll take
care of merging the code into all active branches. Should we decide to include
this code it will likely go into the new 4.6.x branch
