@[~sermojohn] [[email protected]] HttpClient presently supports three MIME 
multipart modes: strict (RFC 822, RFC 2045, RFC 2046), browser compatible, RFC 
6532 compatible. Even if RFC 2231 is not known to be widely used if someone is 
willing to contribute support for it with proper test coverage I see no reason 
why we should not take it.
