In httpCore NIO v4.4.15, we can observe a CPU spinning condition when a slow
writing client sends a HTTPS GET request with a large payload. I have attached
a sample HTTP server and a client to reproduce this issue.
I tried this scenario with the fix [1] as well. Still, this issue was there in
java 1.8.0_312.
Could you please look into this?
