Dave, Should we be posting this vote to the Incubator General list (genral at incubator.apache.org)? Not sure how best to get the input from our Mentors.
I'm basing my question off of the "Podling Constraings" section of this document: https://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html Is the vote in [email protected] necessary as a first step? Also are these our current mentors?
