This project represents thousands of hours of engineering and a considerable portion of people's professional lives. It is therefore with a heavy heart that I vote:
+1 [X] Retire Heron from the Incubator We are the custodians of this codebase, and it is our responsibility to convey to any potential end-users that it is no longer being maintained. I wish it could have graduated to a top-level project and then transitioned to the attic.
