I went ahead and moved forward on using Docusarus for our docs. I opened a
PR for feedback as I go. It can be found here ->
https://github.com/apache/incubator-heron/pull/3270. Out of the box
Docusarus comes with a template to do blog posts and show companies that
are using the software. I think both would be cool to have, but I'm not
sure how this works with Apache.

To recap: My questions are:
1. Do we want to have a place in the page to display companies using
Heron? Can/Should we do this?
2. Do we want to have a place for a Blog on the site?
