I looked at the other files and you are right. This one is named differently. The other ones have an "incubator" in the beginning of the file name. I can change this and create a new release candidate.
As for the binaries. I figured we could vote on source first, once that passes then we could have another vote for convenience binaries. It will require an additional call for votes, but it's smaller chunks of work to be done at one time. Let me know!
