My steps: $ sh scripts/release_check/full_release_check.sh ~/Downloads/apache-rat-0.12/apache-rat-0.12.jar source code license check passed. compiling done and installer works. $ sh ./scripts/ci/build_release_packages.sh 0.20.3-incubating-rc2 debian9 ./artifacts building debian 9 docker image failed. Test running an example topology is NOT done. I believe thinker0's PR: https://github.com/apache/incubator-heron/pull/3513 fixes the issue. I am going to merge and test.
