a gap in JIRA-created emails

I wonder what happened to those.
I see that the JIRA notification config is still correct and has "Single Email 
Address (dev@hive.apache.org)”.
I also see 3 messages for the 3 most recent jiras, but not the ones since 
Friday until today.
What would our “complain to jira people” channel be?
