Hi, +1 to remove RELEASE_NOTES.txt, errata.txt, and .reviewboardrc from the repository. I agree they are stale/unused and mostly add maintenance noise.
I had a discussion with Ayush regarding the same and am happy to volunteer for the cleanup. Unless there are objections on this thread, I plan to open a PR tomorrow to drop these three files.
