[~appodictic] I dont care which DS you pick, I am looking for simplicity of
implementation. Current patch has two implementation for RSHash which only
differs on choice of DS and it appears to me that in both cases underlying DS
is used in very similar fashion. If one can be used (whichever it is), this
will make code simpler to read, understand and less bug prone.
