Hi! as it stands, Hivemall has been successfully established in the ASF Incubator and you guys have all the required infrastructure at your disposal.
At this point, I'd like to make sure that mentors take over the day-to-day overseeing of the Hivemall podling and I can wrap up my Chapmpion duties and pass the baton onto them. Your most important next step is to import your code base into the ASF's git repo and start building your first ASF release. Before you can do that, however, you have to make sure to take care of the re-licensing statements from prior Hivemall contributors. See the Hivemall incubator discussion thread for details: http://markmail.org/thread/ietrm6j3jps3grml Make sure to record the steps you took in your first report to the ASF Incubator. Thanks, Roman. P.S. Since I didn't plan to be a mentor for Hivemall I setup all the infrastructure in such a way that only your mentors (and not myself) can help you should you have any problems. For example, your mentors are moderating your mailing lists, admining your JIRA, etc.
