I checked <https://hop.apache.org/dev-manual/latest/apache-release/checking-a-release.html> this release: checksums and signatures, source match with branch 1.0.0-rc1, LICENSE/DISCLAIMER and NOTICE in the source, RAT and building. Furthermore, like Hans mentioned, I saw that the licenses of the libraries by the Hop client are mentioned in the client build LICENSES file (in assemblies/client/tar/hop-1.0.0.zip).
