What do you mean by MaxServers? I'm guessing that for prefork you
mean MaxClients and for worker you mean MaxClients / ThreadsPerChild,
though I'm not 100% sure.
Note that all along we had sanity checking of our parameters against
HARD_SERVER_LIMIT/HARD_THREAD_LIMIT. All such sanity checking
remains as-is though now we check against a variable instead of a
preprocessor define. The only meaningful change with the checking is
that if you had a problem with such limits before you had to change a
build setting and re-compile whereas now you change a configuration
directive and do apachectl stop followed by apachectl start.
