  (first install apr and apr-util into /tmp/aprinst)

  ./configure --with-apr=/tmp/aprinst --with-apr-util=/tmp/aprinst
--other-opts   make
  make install

just to be sure everybody is on the same page, is there a srclib/apr[-util]/ under httpd in the test above at any point?
