I've to admit that I really like it and especially as a patch-tracking
tool
it could be useful, at least IMHO.

Btw, Scarab (http://nagoya.apache.org/scarab/issues) is also available
but I
doubt that it is used by a single project ;-)

My main requirement is that the bug tracking system be fully-accessible through email. Having a full web interface is great, but not at the expense of usable offline replies to bug reports.

Hmm, don't know, but I don't think so... Is bugzilla able to be fully controlled through email?
